Los Angeles-based interdisciplinary performance artist Allison Wyper founded Rhizomatic Arts in 2014 to provide customized design services, professional coaching, and community to help creative people work independently, not alone. Rhizomatic Studio, the creative wing of Rhizomatic Arts, produces socially-engaged, collaboratively-oriented performances and workshops in public and private spaces. Since 2017, Allison has worked as Artists Knowledge Manager at the Center for Cultural Innovation, where she curates and produces professional development trainings and resources.

Creative Exchange is an initiative in collaboration with the Center for Business & Management of the Arts at Claremont Graduate University (CGU) that seeks to connect, support, and highlight LA’s creative community. In recognizing the diversity and dynamism of our region’s creative sector, the Creative Exchange will encourage discussion and knowledge-sharing between established and emerging artists of all mediums, as well as our cultural organizations, curators, thought leaders, and supporters of the creative community at large.
